My Mile Marker

I started using My Mile Marker in 2007 to simply find the average gas miles per gallon for our vehicles. It is a one-trick pony that I found to be deceptively interesting. Beyond the average miles per gallon, I also learned that the cold weather dropped efficiency on both of our vehicles by 2-3 mpg. And that we will drive some 20,000 miles combined over then next year. And that those miles will cost approximately $2400 in gas.
