Can you write a bit about how you personally use Highrise?
I have the free account, and I used my single “case” for tracking phone numbers, and contacts with various insurance people and contractors after we had hail damage to our roof. It worked great for keeping track of things associated with people I wouldn’t normally add to my Outlook contacts.
But Outlook is such an integrated part of my day-to-day life, I have a difficult time imagining how Highrise could enhance that without weighing me down with extra effort to keep everything in sync.
